- Flexible Discounting. Automatic discounts may be applied based on volume during a sale. The more your customer buys, the higher their discount can be. Shipments
- A cashier can sell a product, apply shipping rates, create a shipping label, and send a tracking number by email to your customer easily without leaving the cash register. You can even track a package yourself on a shipped order.
- Cashiers can split an order into multiple shipments in a single transaction to different states and different addresses. With intuitive sales tax, VinNOW has the ability to charge the appropriate tax for each state down to the county or zip code level, even taxing the shipping charge itself for those states that require it. VinNOW also has the capability, on the same invoice, to charge your local tax for items being taken with the customer.
- Block Shipments. VinNOW has the tools to block shipments to any states you choose, keeping your business compliant.

Reporting
- VinNOW’s “inventory tracking system” is like no other winery specific software on the market today allowing you to stay organized. Maintain wine and non-wine items stored in multiple locations, “tax paid” or “non-tax paid” simply on one screen. You will have the ability to view, transfer, add, and adjust inventory including futures in any or all locations effortlessly while having quick access to reports to audit these transactions by item, category, and/or user. VinNOW will even create an inventory count sheet for any or all locations for your physical walk through.
- VinNOW reports can show inventory history at any date in the past. Reports for product value and costs including gallons and alcohol percentage. Define bottle size and alcohol percent for compliance reporting.
- Price labels can be printed with the product description, price, and item code. Pricing for all products can be edited on one screen at the same time. A minimum sale price may be entered so the cashier cannot sell a product for less, thus helping to maintain your profits. Product pricing allows different customer types, such as retail, restaurants, and employees to have their own price level.

Inventory Tracking & Barcoding
- VinNOW will show inventory by location including inventory allocated to hold for pick-up, hold for payment, and to be shipped orders.
- Inventory may be stored in as many tax paid or non-tax paid locations as desired. At a glance you can see total inventory of all locations.
- VinNOW gives you the option of printing a Bill-of- Lading when transferring wine to offsite locations.
- VinNOW barcode generator will create barcodes in the event you need them.
- Multiple bar codes can be stored for the same product. For example, 15 different bottle stoppers with different stock barcodes can be pulled from a single products inventory without having to create and track 15 items separately.
