Initial Upgrades must be done on the computer where the data base resides and with a user that has administrator privileges. All users must have VinNOW closed for the Upgrade to run.

Backup? Please make sure the VinNOW_DB folder is backed up daily. If you are using an IT company to backup your data, ask them if their backup solution will backup open SQL Server files.
Please keep in mind to contact your IT support before VinNOW Support for any computer issues or issues with devices that are outside of the VinNOW Program itself.
